DESCRIPTION

Unique dish with a delicate flavour, easy and quick to prepare. Thanks to the luscious mixture of vegetables, it is particularly rich in mineral salts like calcium, iron, phosphorous and potassium. It also contains vitamin C, vitamins B1 and B2.

SUGGESTIONS

How to serve: it is recommended to create a base of Venere rice and add the cooked vegetables on a hot plate.

To accompany the dish: this recipe goes well with a still white wine.

INGREDIENTS

package of Belgravia “Pan-fried Vegetables with Broccoli
sunflower oil
soy sauce
salt
2oo grams of venere rice

PREPARATION

Cook the Venere rice in plenty of salted water for around 40 minutes. Meanwhile, take the pan-fried vegetables and stir-fry in a hot pan with a splash of sunflower oil over a high heat for around a minute. Add salt and soy sauce to taste and mix. Leave it all to cook for around 5 minutes and, finally, combine the drained, hot vegetables with the Venere rice.
