DESCRIPTION

Very quick vegetable recipe that is easy to prepare. Thanks to the tasty mixed vegetables, it is particularly rich in mineral salts like calcium, iron, phosphorous and potassium; it also contains vitamins C, B1 and B2.

SUGGESTIONS

Stir-fry the vegetables over a high heat to obtain the right crunchy texture

How to serve: put the vegetables and tofu inside the pan and serve on a hot plate

To accompany the dish: this recipe goes well with a still white wine.

INGREDIENTS

1 package of Belgravia “Pan-fried Vegetables with Broccoli
extra virgin olive oil
salt
150 grams of natural tofu
2oo grams of mixed vegetables
1 flatbread

PREPARATION

Cut the tofu into slices of around half a centimetre, heat the pan to a high temperature with oil inside and cook the flatbread for 30 seconds each side.

Heat another pan well and, once a high temperature is reached, pour in the Belgravia vegetables with broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add salt and place it all inside the flatbread.
